All calls and conversations will be confidential and over the phone. There will be a group check in and then each week there is a different topic, sharing with you tools to help cope, reduce stress, find joy and motivation. Michelle has run support groups for over 30 years. Each week you will be given a new tool for your "tool box" that you can use right away. Handouts will be on the call information page. Weekly calls will be Saturday's at 1pm pacific standard time.
