Removing Stress Challenge

Do you take time in your schedule to book appointments for self care? To be of service to others you must first take care of yourself. Too many let the stress of work, life and family run them down. If you don't remove stress on a regular basis, things can be more difficult and overwhelming. You will have less energy, drive or patience.

My challenge to you is to put at least one self care item on your schedule and treat that appointment as importantly as anything else on your schedule. This can be booking a massage, taking time in nature, meditating, taking a long soak in the bath, etc.
