1. Clarity Get clear about what you want your life to look and feel like. In order to create the change you desire, you need to be clear on the outcome you want. Take time to go inside and imagine what you want it to look like and how you want to feel once you have created the change. Then write down the steps you need to take to create the desired change.
3. Support Set up personal support systems. This can include enrolling your friends to support you and keep you accountable or hiring an expert to help you navigate the waters of change and give you the tools you need to do it. Make sure that you create a plan that will support you and that is easy to navigate. Small consistent steps work better than giant leaps.
4. Roadmap Know your pitfalls. Know where you sabotage yourself or lack follow through and make sure you have systems in place to support you in not doing that behavior.
5. Commitment Follow through on your plan and your actions needed to navigate the change.
